Refund Policy

At Subvention Support Foundation, we value the trust and support of our donors. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions regarding cancellation and refund of donations made to our organization.

1. Donation Cancellation & Refund

  • Any donor who wishes to cancel their donation request may do so within 48 hours from the date and time of the donation/payment.

  • If the cancellation request is received within 48 hours, the donated amount will be refunded to the original payment method after verification.

2. No Refund After 48 Hours

  • Once 48 hours have passed from the time of donation, the donation amount shall be treated as final and non-refundable.

  • After this period, the donated funds may already be allocated or invested in charitable, social welfare, educational, skill development, scholarship, or community support projects run by the Foundation.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect in the donor’s bank account, depending on the payment gateway or bank processing time.
